Estimated Time 7:00PM An executive session pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) section 24-6-402(4)(a), concerning the potential purchase of certain real property by the Town, and the potential sale of other real property owned by the Town; and pursuant to C.R.S. section 24-6-402(4)(e), to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, to develop strategy for negotiations, and to instruct negotiators, each in connection with the potential construction of affordable housing projects on the real property that may be purchased, and the real property that may be sold.
